Giant mechanic change. Mana and Gold are now reset on new turn.


+ Small bug fixes here and there.

+ New starting power that will always have:

Mana-shield: if player have mana when attacked, mana is reduced instead. At start of new turn, set mana to 0

Healing-gold: on turn end, all un-used gold will be used to heal player.
